From the stars to a new chapter.
I'm Andrés, a data scientist and machine learning engineer with a Ph.D. in Astronomy. I turn complex data into useful models — from understanding stellar populations to building agentic AI recommendations and detecting financial fraud.
My path has taken me from international astronomical surveys and a presentation at Caltech to applied AI work at Mercado Libre, Mastercard, and BBVA. In 2025 I founded Analytia to scale that experience into B2B services, and today I am focused on taking it to the next level.
Not every chapter is written in code
My story also has movement, music, and time for others. I enjoy running, swimming, martial arts, and learning languages. Away from the lab, there is room for rock, blues, guitar, anime, and manga.
